Job Summary:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Staff One, you will embark on an exciting journey to learn the full recruitment lifecycle. You will be instrumental in sourcing exceptional candidates, building strong client relationships, and ultimately matching the right talent with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Attraction & Sourcing:
  • Learn and utilize various candidate sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), networking, and our in-house software.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates across our specialist sectors.
  • Develop an understanding of candidate skill sets and career aspirations.
  • Conduct initial telephone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather key information.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of active and passive candidates.
• Client Relationship Support:
  • Work closely with experienced consultants to understand client needs and recruitment requirements.
  • Learn how to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Assist in preparing candidate shortlists and presenting them to clients.
  • Gain exposure to client meetings and business development activities.
• Recruitment Process Management (Under Guidance):
  • Learn the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking a job brief to managing offers and placements.
  • Schedule interviews and manage the interview process efficiently.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to both candidates and clients.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system.
• Training & Development:
  • Actively participate in our comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Learn from experienced consultants through mentoring and on-the-job training.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best recruitment practices.
  • Take initiative to develop your understanding of our specialist sectors.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Staff One team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
